1.1 Can you make a New Series Cyberman, The Doctor, etc for me
Sorry, I really don't have time to make many detailed models at the moment - I'm very busy jobhunting, and also have three projects on the go. Have a play with what I've built here, and I'm sure you'll get the hang of building what you need. There's also tonnes of resources at anim8or.com

1.4 Are you still online?
Yes - I regularly post at doctorwhoforum.com and who3d.co.uk/forum - the latter is a great place to go for some top advice and useful constructive criticism! My own site is rarely updated, but I try and put something new 3d-wise online once or twice a year.
1.5 is there anything new on its way?
Maybe. I do a bit of animation and modelling when I get the time. There's the Whosprites project at who3d.co.uk that I've done a bit for, and Quest of the Daleks' illustrations that I still haven't finished, plus a few other bits and bobs in the pipeline. Keep an eye out for me posting at Who3d.
1.6 Can I use your models in The Movies/my Fan film/my project?
Of course, you are free to download them, add them to your images or movies, or modify them. However, please extend some basic courtesy and credit me (I'm not bothered with Creative Commons licences and the like, just remember that many hours work and love has gone into the work on this page...) 2 - Downloading problems?
2.1 Is there a missing texture in a download?
Have you checked this page? If the bmp or jpeg file is missing, drop me a line, it's likely I've forgotten something.
2.2 I've downloaded a model, but it doesn't work
OK, I've had a few of these. Not sure why - the models are all fine. My best guess is that occasionally downloads time out, or get corrupted. Try downloading again, there shouldn't be a problem.
3 - My models in other software & games
3.1 How do I import models into The Movies?
Simply put, I haven't a clue! I know some people have used my models, try asking around The Movies community.
3.2 How do I convert models to .x files, etc.
You need a file converter. There used to be one about called Crossroads 3D. The homepage for it seems to be long-gone, but the download seems to be still available here: http://www.animatricity.com/pages/downloads/3d_apps/crossroads.htm
4 - Using Anim8or
4.1 How do you make the Cyberman/Yeti/Dalek Dome etc. move?
By creating a skeleton in Figure mode, then a sequence in Sequence mode. See the anim8or .pdf user manual.
4.2 How do you make the Dalek lights flash?
OK, the method I use is to set up and render my Dalek scene. Now make a copy of the .an8 file, an in the copy re-texture everything completely black (set everything to zero), except the lights - make them completely white (set everything to one). Now render a second video - you've made a travelling matte for the lights. You can render this second video a much lower resolution to save time. Now use the travelling mate to key the lights on and off in something like Debugmode Wax.
4.3 How do you do a Black Dalek/Dalek Sec?
Change the texture settings on a standard Dalek!
4.4 How do you start making a model
Trial and error is the simple answer! Look carefully at the shape of what you want to make - can you divide it into several smaller objects? Try sketching out front and side views on scrap paper, and working out how to build shapes. Start with a basic mesh such as a cube, sphere or cylinder and start working at it in point editing mode.
